What is fare cost?
A fare is the fee paid by a passenger for use of a public transport system: rail, bus, taxi, etc. In the case of air transport, the term airfare is often used. Fare structure is the system set up to determine how much is to be paid by various passengers using a transit vehicle at any given time.
How do I buy a bus ticket in the Netherlands?
You can usually buy a ticket on board from the driver (aka a single-use, disposable OV-chipkaart; €2 to €5 for modest distances), but most people pay with a credit-loaded OV-chipkaart. There is only one class of travel. Some regions have day passes good for all the buses; ask a driver – they are usually very helpful.
How do you pay for the bus in Toronto?
You need a PRESTO Card, one-ride, two-ride or day pass PRESTO Ticket, TTC ticket, token, day pass, transfer, or exact cash to pay your fare on the TTC. Operators on buses and streetcars do not sell fares or carry change, so you must have a form of payment ready before you board a vehicle.

What are four types of fare?
There are four fare classes of service—first, business, economy plus, and economy/coach. Most of the major carriers offer at least two classes of service on their flights. Low- fare and regional carriers may only sell coach class.
How much is a TAP card?
TAP cards can be purchased for $1 at any TAP Vending Machine at Metro Rail and Orange Line Stations. Riders can also purchase them for $2 from regional vendor locations including Metro Customer Centers. A TAP card is always sold with a pass or stored value. TAP cards last for up to 10 years.

How do you travel by bus in Netherlands?
All means of public transport in Holland require a so-called OV-chipkaart, a smart card that is valid on the bus, tram, metro and train. Since there is no specific OV-chipkaart for tourists, we recommend using an ‘anonymous’ OV-chipkaart.
