Can two people use one compass card?
You can ‘t use your Compass Card to pay for more than one person’s travel at the same time. (That means you can ‘t tap in and then pass your card to the person behind you.) You can, however, use the Stored Value on your card to purchase a ticket from a Compass Vending Machine and give it to another passenger.
